St. Vincent dePaul Outreach Ministries provides emergency rent and utility assistance, as well as clothing and household goods in an emergency. The Client Assistance Office operates M - W, 8:30 - 3:00, and Th 8:30 - 6.

We operate the Bread for Life Community Food Pantries. The food pantries rely heavily on volunteers and cash donations. At 219 E. Muir, Bardstown, the Food Pantry is open

Meals from the Heart provides 5 evening meals to the homebound poor, delivered by volunteers 3 afternoons each week.

The Mission Store, at 310 N. Second St, Bardstown, sells new and used items at remarkably low prices. We rely heavily on volunteers to sort donated items, run the cash register, greet at the door, and stock the store. We accept gently used, clean clothing and household goods and furniture. We accept vehicles to auction. Proceeds from store sales provide funding for the Bread for Life Community Food Pantry and emergency Client Assistance. 502.348.9752

Room in the Inn operates one night per week from October 1 - March 30 on the second floor of the St. Vincent dePaul building. This is a volunteer ministry. We need 2 innkeepers, 3 meals, and a housekeeper each week to keep our space clean, inviting, and safe.
